The Polish employment agency Royal Work is hiring factory workers for production and quality control in Tułowice (Opole Voivodeship).

💵 Compensation & Hours:
Base Rate: 24.80 PLN/hour net (clean money)
Age Under 26: 25.80 PLN/hour net
Student Rate (under 26): 31.40 PLN/hour net
Monthly Volume: 240 – 300 working hours/month
Schedule: 2 shifts (Mon–Sun, 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00), 5 days a week
Contract: Umowa zlecenie
🏠 Accommodation & Benefits:
Housing: 450 or 750 PLN/month (deducted from salary, depending on room type). Fully equipped 3-room apartment, only 15 minutes walk to work.

🛠 Job Responsibilities:
👩 For Women (Quality Department & Assembly):
Quality control of finished parts.
Deburring/grinding parts using manual files or sandpaper.
Packing finished products into boxes.
👨🔧 For Men & Women (Production Department):
Grinding & Refinement: Grinding parts with manual tools, sanding brushes, and machines to smooth sharp edges.
Automated Sandblasting: Hanging elements onto automated machine platforms and taking them off.
Press Operation: Simple, repetitive tasks—inserting elements, pressing buttons, placing finished parts on stands.
> Environment Note: Work takes place at a comfortable temperature with regular rest breaks according to Polish Labor Law. Some areas are physically demanding, dusty, or noisy (full protective gear provided).
📋 Candidate Requirements:
Age: 18 – 50 years old.
Documents: Valid passport with Visa or Biometric passport (valid for at least 2.5 months).
Skills: Good physical condition, willingness to work, and attention to detail.
📑 Legalization Process for Foreign Candidates:
1️⃣ Document & Legal Status Check:
Passport copy (all stamped pages).
Current Visa / Residence Card (Karta Pobytu) or proof of application submitted before visa expiration.
2️⃣ Previous Employment Verification:
Copies of labor contracts (Umowa) for at least the last 1–1.5 years in Poland to prove prior legal employment to the Labor Office (Urząd).
3️⃣ Work Permit Timeline:
