Production Worker – Roof Rail Fabrication (3D) (Men)
Responsibilities:
Operate production machines, including benders and milling machines.
Perform operations according to technical documentation.
Ensure the quality of manufactured components.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Production Worker – Roof Rail Polishing (Men)
Responsibilities:
Operate polishing machines for roof rail components.
Monitor machine operation and follow production cycles.
Perform quality checks on polished products.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure proper machine condition.
Quality Controller (Women)
Responsibilities:
Perform random inspections of production parts and finished products.
Conduct visual quality checks to identify defects or non-conformities.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Record inspection results and report any irregularities.
Work Schedule
Three rotating 8-hour shifts:
06:00–14:00
14:00–22:00
22:00–06:00
Overtime opportunities available.
Two paid breaks of 15 minutes during each shift.
Requirements
Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
Physically fit for standing work.
Good eyesight.
Reliable, responsible, and committed to quality.
Salary & Benefits
Starting wage: PLN 31.40 gross/hour
Employment type: Contract of Mandate (Umowa Zlecenie)
Attendance/Performance Bonus: PLN 300
Company-provided workwear.
On-site canteen available.
Employee Costs
Accommodation: PLN 750/month on the worker’s side
Public transportation: PLN 160/month on the worker’s side
