Housekeeper / Room Attendant – Warsaw
Join the housekeeping team at a historic 5-star luxury hotel in central Warsaw. Transparent piece-rate compensation, structured daytime shifts, and full onboarding support.
Compensation & Contract:
• Earnings: 21 – 26 PLN per cleaned room (piece-rate structure)
- Standard Room: 21 PLN
- Medium Room: 22 PLN
- Suite / Multi-room: 26 PLN
• Estimated Monthly Income: 4,000 – 6,000 PLN net (dependent on completed room volume)
• Contract Type: Civil law contract (umowa zlecenie) or B2B cooperation agreement
• Payout: Monthly bank transfer
Working Hours & Schedule:
• 5 days per week on a rotational hotel roster (weekend availability required)
• Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
• Saturday – Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily cleaning, tidying, and turnover of guest rooms and en-suite bathrooms
• Changing bed linens, towels, and bathrobes according to luxury hospitality standards
• Replenishing guest amenities, beverages, and promotional materials
• Reporting maintenance needs or found items to floor supervisors
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience in professional housekeeping or room cleaning
• Communicative English skills for workplace coordination
• Availability for weekend shifts
• Plain, comfortable work attire for the initial 10-day orientation (hotel uniform provided after 10 working days)
• Local Warsaw residence (accommodation is not provided)
