💰 SALARY
🔥 33.30 PLN gross/hour
💸 26.70 PLN net/hour
🎁 Bonuses from 100 to 600 PLN gross — for 100% attendance and meeting the required performance standards.
💰 Average monthly salary: approximately 4,500–5,500 PLN.
🚀 The highest monthly earnings for workers without student status have been around 6,600 PLN!
📅 Salary is paid on the 15th of each month directly to your bank account.
ℹ️ Taxes: up to 30,000 PLN per year — tax-free; above this amount — 12% tax according to Polish law.
☀️ WORK SCHEDULE — NO NIGHT SHIFTS!
⏰ 8-hour shifts:
🕕 06:00–14:00
🕑 14:00–22:00
📆 5–6 working days per week
🌙 NO NIGHT SHIFTS!
During periods of increased workload, additional working hours and mandatory Saturday work may be required.
📈 Additional hours are given first to employees who have good attendance, follow their work schedule, and meet the required performance standards.
👕 WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will work in a clean and well-organized clothing warehouse:
📦 Packing orders according to packing lists and company standards
🔎 Checking product details — item number, quantity, size, color, etc.
✅ Quality control and identifying defects
🔄 Sorting returned items
💻 Working with a computer and scanner
🏷️ Labeling products
📋 Entering the necessary information into the system
⚠️ The work is performed standing throughout the entire shift.
Each work process has specific productivity standards. Employees are gradually trained, and they are expected to reach the minimum required productivity level within 3–4 weeks.
👩 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
✔️ Women aged 18–50
✔️ Responsible and detail-oriented candidates
✔️ Ready to work standing throughout the shift
✔️ Good eyesight is preferred — the job involves working with a scanner and computer
📌 Hair must always be tied back while working.
👟 Only closed-toe shoes and full-length clothing are allowed — shorts and dresses are prohibited.
🚫 Metal items are not allowed in the work area, including jewelry, piercings, and accessories.
📵 Phones must be left in your personal locker.
🔐 You must have your own padlock for your personal locker.
Beforestarting work, there is a short mandatory warehouse orientation.
