8 people START TUESDAY 06.10.2026 🥦🏭 VEGETABLE PRODUCTION AND PACKING WORKER 🚐 Arrival — tuesday-wednesday 🏠 Thursday — entrance day 📍 WORK LOCATION: 82-500 Kwidzyn, Poland 👥 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ✅ Initially, 10 workers — men and women ✅ Candidates from Latin American countries ✅ Age — up to 50 years old ✅ Previous production experience and knowledge of Polish are not required ✅ Good physical condition and willingness to perform physical work 👷 RESPONSIBILITIES: Depending on the assigned department, the employee may perform the following tasks: 📦 Packing Department: • Palletizing bags and boxes • Manually placing products on pallets • Preparing packaging for the packing process • Replacing pallets and moving materials within the workstation • Cleaning boxes and preparing production frames • Keeping the work area clean and organized 🥕 Vegetable Sorting and Processing Department: • Manual sorting and selection of vegetables • Quality control of raw materials before further processing • Operating simple production equipment and mixers • Performing production tasks according to instructions • Keeping the workstation clean and organized ❄️ Freezing Department: • Operating simple equipment used in the freezing process • Monitoring and controlling process temperatures • Checking the quality of frozen products • Loading raw materials into production containers • Transporting materials required for the production process 💰 SALARY: • 27 PLN net/hour ⏰ WORK SCHEDULE: • Guaranteed 168 hours per month • Possibility to work 180–190 hours per month • Freezing department — 4-shift system • Other departments — 3-shift system • Weekend work is possible • Overtime is possible • Depending on the department — 2 breaks of 15 minutes 🏭 WORKING CONDITIONS: • Work in an indoor production facility • Temperature in the packing department is approximately 0–5°C • In other departments, the temperature is close to normal ambient temperature • Work involves sorting, packing, processing and freezing vegetables 🏠 ACCOMMODATION: • Accommodation is provided • Cost for the worker — 700 PLN/month 🚌 TRANSPORT: • Transport to the workplace is organized • Workers cover fuel costs 👕 WORKWEAR: • Workwear is provided • Workwear must be returned when leaving the job • If the workwear is not returned, 200 PLN will be deducted 🍲 MEALS AND FACILITIES: • Free hot meal — vegetable soup and bread is provided • A canteen is available for workers • A designated outdoor smoking area is available Posted by: Dauda Dachia Ibrahim
