**Bakery Production Worker / Production Line Operator**
**Workplace: DAKRI bakery, Łódź, Poland**
DAKRI, a modern manufacturer of baked goods and products for home baking, is recruiting production workers. Previous experience is not required, as full workplace training is provided.
**Salary after taxes:**
Production worker:
**25.36 PLN **net per hour
Students under the age of 26:
**31.40 PLN **net per hour, subject to confirmation of valid student status
**Machine or production line operator:**
**An additional 1 PLN** net per hour, plus performance-related bonuses
**Working hours:**
Work is organised in 12-hour shifts:
**Day shift: **05:30–17:30
**Night shift:** 17:30–05:30
The schedule is 5–6 days per week. Stable working hours are provided, with the possibility of working overtime.
**Accommodation:**
**Accommodation can be arranged if required.**
Available options include hostels or apartments, with 2–4 people sharing a room.
**The cost is 650 PLN per month** and is deducted from the employee’s salary.
The accommodation is located approximately **20–30 minutes from the workplace** on foot, so a public transport pass is not necessary.
**Main responsibilities:**
Operating or assisting on a bakery production line
Baking products
Sorting finished products
Packaging baked goods
The factory produces buns, ciabattas, baguettes, challah bread and products for home baking.
**Working conditions:**
The work takes place in a dry and warm production environment.
Work clothing is provided.
No previous experience is necessary. Employees receive complete on-the-job training. The main requirement is willingness and readiness to work.
