LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER & PROPERTY ASSISTANT – BALTIC SEA Morska Przystań Pilece – Jastrzębia Góra, Poland We are looking for an experienced, responsible and independent person for year-round work and living on site. The position is divided into two main areas: approximately half of the working day – household help in our private home approximately half of the working day – housekeeping and property maintenance at Morska Przystań Pilece. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to organize their work independently. 🌊 Comfortable Accommodation by the Sea As part of the position, we provide your own comfortable accommodation on the grounds of Morska Przystań Pilece. It is a great place to live: - approximately 420 m / 5 minutes' walk from the beach, - modern, fully heated year-round cottage, - air conditioning, - private kitchen and full equipment, - fast Wi-Fi, - private living space, - restaurants, cafés and shops within a few minutes' walk, - peaceful seaside location. 🏡 Part I – Household Help Approximately half of the working time will involve normal household assistance in our private home, including: - cleaning and maintaining the home, - preparing simple, home-cooked meals, - ironing and folding clothes and household textiles, - looking after our cats – feeding them, taking care of their needs and keeping their area clean, - grocery shopping and other everyday shopping, - keeping the home organized, - carrying out other typical household duties. 🌿 Part II – Morska Przystań Pilece The other part of the position will involve maintaining our holiday cottages and the surrounding property. Responsibilities include: - cleaning and preparing cottages before guests arrive and after they leave, - maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness, - making beds and putting clean bed linen on duvets and pillows, - taking care of the equipment and appearance of the cottages, - garden and green-area maintenance, - keeping the entire property clean and organized, - taking care of terraces, cottage surroundings and outdoor equipment, - seasonal preparation of the property and routine maintenance work, - checking equipment and reporting any problems or faults, - helping with guests when necessary. Laundry facilities are provided – the employee does not wash bed linen or towels. This is not a 24-hour-a-day job. The ideal candidate: - has experience as a housekeeper, domestic helper, hotel/guesthouse employee or in a similar position, - is very reliable, honest, detail-oriented and independent, - can organize their work effectively, - enjoys cooking and can prepare simple meals, - has experience caring for animals, - is comfortable with cleaning and maintaining high standards of order, - is not afraid of outdoor work and basic garden maintenance, - can communicate well with household members and guests, - speaks English or Polish, - a driving licence is an advantage, - can provide references from previous employers. A major advantage would be several years of experience working as a domestic helper / housekeeper abroad, particularly in private households where maintaining high standards and taking responsibility for the home were important. 📍 Work & Living Location Morska Przystań Pilece Jastrzębia Góra, Poland We are looking for someone interested in long-term cooperation and living on site.
