How to find a job in Poland: 3 legal ways
A licensed employment agency. Agencies holding a KRAZ certificate match you with an employer, sign a written contract and, by law, may not charge the candidate a fee for the job placement itself. Any agency can be verified in the state KRAZ register (link below).
Directly with an employer. Works best if you are already in Poland and speak some Polish: factories and logistics centres publish openings on their websites.
The state job portal. The official job database is oferty.praca.gov.pl; free employment counselling is available at Zielona Linia.
How employment through USPI Work and Documents works
Consultation. Tell us about your experience and preferences — by phone, messenger or at the office in Bydgoszcz. We speak English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.
Job matching. We offer openings from vetted employers: conditions, rate, schedule and housing — in writing, before you sign anything.
Documents. We help prepare the documents needed for legal work (applications, translations). Permits and visas are issued by Polish state authorities.
Start and support. A coordinator stays in touch after you start: workplace, housing and paperwork questions.
How to verify that an employment agency is legal
Every legal employment agency in Poland must be listed in the state register KRAZ (Krajowy Rejestr Agencji Zatrudnienia). The check takes a minute: open the KRAZ register at stor.praca.gov.pl and search by company name or certificate number. The number of USPI WORK sp. z o.o. is KRAZ 34438. A detailed checklist is in the guide “How to Choose a Reliable Employment Agency in Poland”. Under the Polish Act on Employment Promotion, an agency may not charge the candidate for the placement itself.
Working conditions in Poland in 2026

Most USPI vacancies are in Bydgoszcz and the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region: work in Bydgoszcz.
