Vegetable Production Farm Worker Position Overview A physical worker is required to work on a farm specializing in vegetable production. The work is primarily carried out in the warehouse and includes: * Packing lettuce and radishes * Bundling vegetables * Preparing dill and parsley * General warehouse and farm-related duties Employment Conditions * Pay: PLN 22 gross per hour * Working hours: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the possibility of working 12 hours or more for those willing to do so * Working schedule: 6 days per week * Sunday: Day off * Breaks: 2 × 30 minutes + 1 × 15 minutes, included in working time * Employment period: Minimum 2–3 months, with the possibility of longer employment * Employment type: Contract of mandate with ZUS or seasonal KRUS * Payment: Once a month, in cash * Weekly advance: Possible weekly advance for shopping * Additional advances: Available by arrangement * Performance bonus: Possible for employees demonstrating strong commitment and performance * Work available: Year-round, with both permanent and seasonal employment options Requirements * Willingness to work * Reliability and conscientiousness * Good physical fitness * Ability to perform physically demanding work * Polish language is not required Accommodation Free accommodation is provided on the premises of the farm in mobile homes. * Rooms for 2–4 people * Separate rooms available for couples * Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities * Basic equipment provided, including plates, cutlery, pots, bed linen and pillows * Free water provided * Free work gloves provided * Wi-Fi is not provided free of charge Additional Information * The farm covers approximately 20 hectares of cultivated land * Approximately 40 employees currently work at the farm * Work and accommodation are located on the same premises, so no daily commuting is required * The employer provides transportation to a grocery store * The employer provides water and work gloves * Employees are responsible for providing their own work clothing * Pickup from Piotrków Trybunalski railway/bus station may be arranged, with the time to be agreed in advance Location Łódź Job Type Permanent or seasonal employment, available throughout the year.
