InPost is one of the largest and most reliable postal companies in Poland.
We are looking for employees for the sorting warehouse - no experience required, training provided!
📍 LOCATION: Ciepłownicza 23A, Kraków
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
📦 Loading, placing parcels on the conveyor belt, sorting and scanning parcels (parcel weight may be up to 35 kg). Moving parcels around the warehouse using a pallet jack.
Clear tasks and a clean, modern warehouse 👍
⏰ Work schedule:
Work 6 days a week.
Split schedule (2 shifts per day):
Morning (1st shift): approximately 03:00/04:00 to 08:00/09:00
Break
Afternoon/Evening (2nd shift): approximately 15:00/15:30 to 19:30/20:30
Start of the work week - Monday: the morning shift usually starts later, approximately 05:30-08:30, then the afternoon shift.
From Tuesday the morning shift starts at 03:00.
End of the work week - Saturday morning.
Total 8–12 working hours per day (depending on workload and season).
⚠️ You must work both shifts; you cannot choose only one (sometimes, when workload is low, they may call you for only one shift).
💰 Pay rate:
24.80 PLN/hour net
31.40 PLN/hour net (student rate).
+2 PLN/hour net for your own accommodation (no allowance for students)
+450 PLN bonus from InPost for 100% attendance and productivity
🔥 Additional bonuses:
after 2 months of work - +0.60 PLN/hour net added to the rate
after 4 months of work - +1.21 PLN/hour net added to the rate
after 6 months of work -+1.81 PLN/hour added to the rate
+100 PLN/month net - for 6 months of work in our Profi Personal company.

💸 Advances available before the first salary
Contract type: zlecenia.
Workwear is provided free of charge!
Free lunches from November to April.
🏠 Accommodation + transport:
Profi Personal provides:

Medical exam (if you don’t have your own) - 100 PLN deducted from the first salary.
