🐔🔪 Chicken Deboning Line Worker
📍 Location: 97-320 Wolbórz, Poland
👥 We are looking for:
10–12 workers
8–10 women (preferred)
2 men (also responsible for carrying crates and other physical tasks)
Candidates from Colombia and other Spanish-speaking countries
Up to 60 years old
No experience required – full training provided
💰 Salary:
26 PLN net per hour
🕒 Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Saturdays when required
10–12 hours per day
Working hours: 06:00–16:00/18:00 (depending on the daily production plan)
220+ working hours per month
🛠 Responsibilities:
Deboning chicken legs and thighs
Removing bones from poultry cuts
Removing skin and excess fat
Preparing meat for further processing
Maintaining cleanliness at the workstation
Following hygiene and production standards
🏭 Working Conditions:
Work in a modern food production facility
Temperature: approximately +8°C
Standing work
Full training provided for beginners
👕 Work Clothing:
Protective workwear is provided by the employer
Employees must have white rubber boots and a warm white hat (the cost may be deducted from the salary)
🏠 Accommodation:
700 PLN per month
🍽 Meals:
Regeneration meal provided during the working day
🩺 Medical Requirements:
Occupational medical examination
Sanitary Book (Sanepid) – 200 PLN, deducted from the first salary
📄 Requirements:
No previous experience required
No Polish language required
Good physical condition
Willingness to work in poultry processing
