We offer:
✅️Salary 24.80 PLN / hour net. Up to 26 years + 1 PLN to the rate, for students up to 26 years rate 31,40 PLN / hour net.
👍Bonus 400 PLN / month in the Stove department for working without absences.
⏰️Work in two shifts (Mon-Sat, 07:00-19:00, 19:00-07:00, work 6 days a week).
🏠Housing, all amenities, 400 or 750 (better accomodation) PLN per month (deducted from salary).
✅️Number of working hours: about 250-300 hours per month.
✅️Legal employment (with WP) on Contract of mandate (Umowa zlecenia). Health insurance from the first day of work. Salary deposited into your bank account by the 20th of each month. Advance payments are allowed during the first month of work.
⛑️Work clothes and shoes are provided.

Duties:
1. Quality control (women work)
Careful inspection of parts for unevenness or defects. Elimination of possible defects by tapping parts with a hammer.
Laying out finished parts on the production line.
Counting parts in a box when sending. Marking parts with a marker or control sticker
2. Production (men and women work)
Sanding parts with manual tools, such as a sanding brush / sandpaper.
This workplace is noisy due to the operation of devices such as grinders. There is dust. Workers are provided with all personal protective equipment (masks, earplugs, protective gloves).
Sandblasting involves placing elements on a special platform that goes into the sandblasting machine and the whole process takes place. Everything is automated, the work is simple, you hang the element on a hook, take it off and put it on a stand.
Presses, simple repetitive work, we put the element into the press, press the button, the pressing process starts, we put the finished element on the stand.
3. CNC machines (worked by men)
Inserting parts into the CNC machine (which specializes in remote cutting/processing/shaping of parts, by installing the appropriate program on the computer)
Monitor the process of processing parts
Manually feed the part to the machine, then accept the finished product.
4. Furnace Department (worked by men) bonus 400 zlotys per month for working without absences.
Work near the furnaces, it is necessary to put the part into the furnace, take it out, tap it (to give the necessary shape in accordance with the standard), put it on a pallet.
