A farm worker is needed to care for turkeys. Workplace — near Toruń.
Rate 24.25 PLN/hour. 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Salary 5500–6500 zł.
Responsibilities:
Caring for broiler turkeys.
Routine inspection rounds (checking the barn).
Cleaning the turkey barn.
Sorting poults (young turkeys).
Feeding.
Various farm chores (during free working time the farm owner may ask you to do some household tasks, e.g.: mow the grass, wash windows, pack something, etc.).
No vaccinations are required.
Requirements:
Man up to 50 years old.
Work experience is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Polish or English at a conversational/understanding level.
We offer:
Rate 23.50–25.00 zł/hour (from the third month the rate may increase to 26.50 zł/hour + after six months of work a fixed bonus is added).
6 days a week (sometimes 7), on average 250 hours per month.
The shift starts at 7:00 and lasts 10 hours.
We pay wages on time, without delays, every month.
Employer-provided accommodation — 400 zł/month (deducted from salary), close to work.
Comfortable living conditions, 3 people per room.
Work clothing at the employer’s expense.
Possibility to receive an advance.
Only official employment (we conclude an employment contract, umowa zlecenie).
We provide a full social package including health insurance; pension and social contributions for each employee are paid to ZUS on a mandatory monthly basis.
A sanitary book is required (its cost is 200 zł, paid upon arrival).
The medical examination costs 180 zł (charged once from the first salary).
When moving in, you need to bring your own bed linen.
